The easy chocolate cake.

Lovely spongy chocolate cake that everyone will like. Can be decorated with glaze and Sugar sprinkle dots.

Ingredients.

For the cake you will need.

  • 600 grams of wheat flour.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 75 grams of cocoa.
  • 150 grams of butter.
  • 450 grams of sugar.
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
  • 7.5 dl buttermilk.

For glaze.

  • Powdered sugar and water are mixed to a slightly thick mass which may flow out slightly.

Recipe.

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan; mix it with the sugar in a large bowl.
  • Add eggs and whip it light and frothy.
  • Mix flour, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda and buttermilk in the mixture while stirring in the bowl.
  • Use a baking pan with baking paper and spread the dough into the baking pan.
  • Now bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

Now let the cake cool and then decorate it with glaze and Sugar sprinkle dots.
