Blueberry muffins.

The recipe is for about 16 delicious muffins with blueberries and light chocolate. You can also use white chocolate instead of light chocolate.

Ingredients.

  • 100 grams of soft butter.
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 75 grams of brown sugar.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 225 grams of wheat flour.
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 225 grams of fresh blueberries.
  • 100 grams of light chocolate.

Recipe.

  • Use an electric whisk to mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Then whisk the eggs one by one.
  • Then mix in baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and flour and mix well.
  • Finally, mix blueberry and light chocolate into the mixture and then gently stir the mixture together.
  • Divide the dough into about 16 muffin molds and bake them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees warm air for 20-25 minutes.
