The easy chocolate cake.
Lovely spongy chocolate cake that everyone will like.
Can be decorated with glaze and Sugar sprinkle dots.
Ingredients.
For the cake you will need.
- 600 grams of wheat flour.
- 3 eggs.
- 75 grams of cocoa.
- 150 grams of butter.
- 450 grams of sugar.
- 3 teaspoons baking soda.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- 7.5 dl buttermilk.
For glaze.
- Powdered sugar and water are mixed to a slightly thick mass which may flow out slightly.
Recipe.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan; mix it with the sugar in a large bowl.
- Add eggs and whip it light and frothy.
- Mix flour, cocoa, vanilla, baking soda and buttermilk in the mixture while stirring in the bowl.
- Use a baking pan with baking paper and spread the dough into the baking pan.
- Now bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
