Ingredients.

You need.

  • 250 gram Pork Grease.
  • 500 gram wheat flour.
  • 250 gram sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Ammonia Ammonium Carbonate.
  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa.

Recipe.

  • The Pork Grease should have room temperature.
  • Pork Grease, egg yolk, sugar and baking Ammonia thoroughly knead together,
  • then add the flour slightly at a time.
  • If it is kneaded on a machine, it should be kneaded for approx 15 minutes.
  • If the dough does not get smooth add a little extra flour.

Divide into 2 equal portions.

  • Cocoa was kneaded in one part.

The dough is rolled into small balls a approx 2 cm in diameter.

  • A finger is pressed lightly into the ball, so there will be a little deepening.
  • Place the balls with the groove down and lay on a greased plate.
  • They are baked at 190° C in a regular oven for 10 minutes.

The cakes must crack slightly on the surface.
