Delicious and crispy crispbread, with sesame seeds and salt flakes on top.
It just doesn't get any better.
Ingredients.
- 150 ml. Wheat flour.
- 100 ml. Sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
- 100 ml. Linseed.
- 100 ml. Sesame seeds.
- 100 ml. Oatmeal.
- 100 ml. Grahamflour.
- 1, ½ teaspoon. Coarse salt.
- ¼ teaspoon. Baking soda.
- 150 ml. Water.
- 100 ml. Rapeseed oil.
Sprinkle on top of the crispbreads, which just give it that little extra flavor.
- Sesame seeds and flak salt.
Recipe.
- All the dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl.
- Mix water and oil and knead dough well, use machine or hands to knead dough.
- The mixture is poured onto baking paper and then baked on top and the pulp is rolled flat
- with a rolling pin when the thickness is reached at approx. 2-3 mm, remove the top layer of baking paper and cut the dough to the desired size that the crispbreads should have.
- You can advantageously cut out the dough with a pizza wheel.
- Before baking, sprinkle with salt flakes and sesame seeds.
- Pull the baking paper onto a baking sheet and behind the crispbreads at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes in a regular oven.
- When they are finished baking, they are taken out of the baking paper and separated and refrigerated on a baking dish, if necessary.
