Coffee Haps.
Ingredients.
For the dough you will need.
- 2 egg.
- 250 gram sugar.
- 250 gram wheat flour.
- 1½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- ½ teaspoon Salt of hartshorn.
- ½ teaspoon salt.
- 10 g of well ground coffee to mix in the cake.
And some good ground coffee or sugar to sprinkle the cakes.
Recipe.
- Sugar and eggs are whipped together, then mix the other ingredients in.
- The cake mass is filled in a syringe bag,
- after which it is sprayed into the length and thickness you desire.
- Sprinkle the cakes with well ground coffee or sugar.
- If the rods are between 4 – 5 cm long and a thickness of about 2 cm,
- baked for 9-10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
The cakes become as hard as a Cantuccini.
They are just dip in a cup of coffee or tea.

A tip.
- If you do not have a syringe bag,
- for example, you can use a freezer bag,
- where you pour the cake into and cut a little corner of the freezer bag.
