Ingredients.

You need for the Donuts.

  • 250 gram wheat flour.
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom.
  • 25 gram Cake yeast fresh yeast.
  • 25 gram butter.
  • 25 gram sugar.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 dl milk.
  • 2 liter rapeseed oil or grape oil.

Fill.

  • Jam.

Recipe.

  • Warm the milk a little and stir the yeast out here.
  • Add butter, sugar and egg and stir it together.
  • Flour and cardamom are sifted in the dough, and everything is kneaded.
  • Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes.
  • The dough is shaped into buns a 55 grams per piece.
  • The oil is heated to about 180°C.
  • Take care, it’s very hot.
  • Carefully put the balls in the hot oil 2 at a time.
  • Boil them until they are light brown, 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Put the cups on greasy suction paper and roll them in sugar.
